For children and teens navigating loss.

Heartstone Youth Grief

Heartstone is a group for grieving children and adolescents. Through creative crafts, art, and storytelling, children process the grief and death experience in a safe, nurturing environment. Parents stay in the building and meet in a separate area to share and support one another.

Grief & Loss Support Groups

Our 10-week adult grief support workshops provide a warm, confidential space to process loss alongside others who understand. Led by trained bereavement counselors, these groups help participants find their footing after the loss of a loved one.

The 3 Wishes Program is a compassionate initiative that honors the dignity of dying patients by fulfilling meaningful wishes — whether that's a special visit from a loved one, a cherished experience, or a simple comfort that brings joy in the final days of life.

Volunteer Program

Our volunteers are the heart of our community. They provide companionship, respite care for family caregivers, help with errands and housekeeping, bereavement follow-up, and clerical support. We match volunteers' skills and availability with the needs of our patients and families.
